Senior Engineers (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) - CFD and Design (Hypersonic)

Space Engine Systems is a company with a mission to land humans on the moon as quickly as possible. Along the way, we also work on hypersonic systems for defense, Point to Point, LEO, GEO, and other space and aerospace applications. We pride ourselves on being the lowest cost provider for transportation to anywhere in space, including the Lunar mission.

As an AS 9100 D aerospace certified and Controlled Goods Program (CGP) registered company, we are seeking multiple Mechanical, Electrical, and Aerospace Engineers with Ph.D, Masters, or Bachelors degrees and extensive experience in design, hypersonic CFD, and thermal management using CFD with a demonstrable track record. Candidates will be required to work with minimal supervision. We have state-of-the-art hypersonic CFD work being done, as well as extensive thermal management testing. Handling of cryogenic mediums such as hydrogen and other fuels are all part of the job. Candidates should be willing to work closely with the manufacturing and testing team.

The work environment is extremely demanding and this is not a typical 8am to 4.30 pm job.
